Formed in 1968 and incorporated in 1976, this group of volunteers have been watching over the automotive hobby. Born by a bunch of antique and classic car people who worried about restrictive and otherwise senseless legislation may harm their hobby of preserving the automotive heritage, the organization has seen much change in every aspect of it’s, and the automobile’s, life.
